About Aishwarya & Teaching Style

I am Aishwarya, a direct disciple of Swami Janardhanananda Saraswati. My journey began with stumbling upon some spiritual experiences that ignited a quest for truth, ultimately leading me to my Guru. In 2021, I was initiated into the rigorous Shivam program (Sivananda Integrated Yoga Vedanta Ayurveda Meditation and Music), a year-long residential yoga and Vedanta training primarily in the Himalayas. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Certification Board of India – YCB) and have further explored wisdom traditions through Vipassana and Zen meditation.

My master once told me, “You are Nitya Shuddha, Nithya Buddha, Nitya Muktha Satchidananda,” those words gave a profound experience that illuminated my path of faith and absolute inner freedom. I believe true learning begins with experience. After seven years of dedicated Sadhana and spiritual glimpses under my Guru’s guidance, I am now ready to share, learn and grow. My teaching synthesizes the wisdom passed down through my lineage and scriptures with my own deep experience. At the end all is one yoga, I embrace the integrated paths of Karma, Raja, Bhakti, and Jnana Yogas.
